‘No agreement unless BNP leaves Jamaat’
He said this during a discussion at the National Press Club on Friday.

“It is not possible to join hands with the enemies of the 1971,” said Qamrul , quoting the adage ‘Oil and water don’t mix’.
Jamaat had opposed Bangladesh’s War of Independence.
On holding the general election, the State Minister said, “There is no scope of holding the election after expiry of the schedule."
