At a quarter to noon Wednesday at the Metropolitan Magistrate Asaduzzaman Noor dismissed the case.
Earlier in the morning, the President of the Awami League, Mujibur Rahman Mollah filed the case with freedom. After the hearing, the court ordered told him later.
The same kind in the same court on Tuesday dismissed a lawsuit.
The complaint was referred to the prosecution of the case on Wednesday, 9 December last year, Khaleda Zia announced the name change Univ. It was his and gopalaganjabasira defamation.
